icemadeofaspecialmaterial,whichisverysensitivetohydrogen(氢).Applyingelectricalpulses(电子脉冲)atdifferentvo

ltages(电压)allowsthedevicetoshakeaconcentrationofhydrogenions(离子)inmatterofnanoseconds(aunitformeasuringtime),creatingstatesthattheresearchersfoundc

ouldbemappedouttocorrespondtofunctionsofthebrain.Whenthedevicehasmorehydrogennearitscenter,itcanactasasinglenervecell.Withlesshydrogenattha

tlocation,thedeviceservesasasynapse(突触),aconnectionbetweennervecells,whichiswhatthebrainusestostorememoryin

complexneuralcircuits.Throughexperiments,theresearchersshowedthattheinternalphysicsofthisdevicecreatesadynamicstru

ently,a2017reportbyBetterBanksideaboutartworkemployedatcrossingsinLondon’sSouthwarkStreetsaid,“Ourworkdidmakerespondentsusethecrossingm

ore,and68%toldusthattheartworkmadethemexperiencemorepleasure.”Yet,brightcolorsaren’tforeveryone.Peoplesufferingfromautism(自闭症)haveraisedconcern

soverthenatureofhavingseveralcolorsonaroad,whileguidedogownershavereportedtheirassistancedogsbeingconfusedbythenewroaddesigns.“Colorfulcrossingsc
