.Theyfoundthatevery20seconds,bloodflowedoutofthebrain,makingroomforalargeamountofCSFtocomeinand“clean”.
Thiscyclecoincidedwiththerhythmofthebrain’sslowwaves–anelectricalactivitythathappenswhenwe’reindeepsleep.It’sstillunknownhowthes
ebrainactivitiesareconnected.Butthefactthattheyareconnectedisexcitingenough,sinceitallowsresearcherstopiecetogetherpossiblenewexplanation
