,phoneusewasatitslowest,makingthemthemostefficientatreducingthetimestudentsspentontheirphonesduringclass.TheresearchersatSouthernIllinoisUniver

sitysayitisnotyetfullyunderstoodwhythatmightbe,butRednersaidonepossibilityisthatoneminuteisenoughtimetoreadandsendasmallernumberofmessages.“Iftheyh
