thegovernmenthasstudiedthefindings,they'vecomeupwithanewsetofguidelines.Muchoftheadviceisthesameasitwasin2008,butthe
reareafewchanges.Onechangeisthatthegovernmenthasaddedactivityguidelinesforchildrenaged3to5.Thiswasnotincludedin2008,becauseyounger
childrenwereusuallyveryactivethen.Butnow,asyoungchildrenspendmoretimelookingatscreens,theyaremovingless.Thegovernmentsaysthatchildrenbetween3and5shou
ldhaveatleastthreehoursofactiveplayaday.Forchildrenaged6to17,theguidelineshavenotchangedmuchsince2008.Thegovernmentsaystheyshouldgetatl
