题干的审题能力暗示学生此书信体作文应大体包含道歉和告知两个方面。因此文章的主干部分要先表示歉意、解释原因，后写假期的打算。从写作要点和得分点来看，考生应在宏观上把握书信体写作的要求，如格式、文体等，写作段落以三段式为宜，首

段体现问候、写信背景等，尾段再次致歉、也可询问Tom暑假里的打算，体现书信体的交际性；而中间段具体交待未及时回信的原因、假期的打算。考生在微观层面上应具体把握写作的内容和语言，做到句子之间有效的连接，长短句结合，多用doi
