roughts,lesswaterisavailabletodilutecontaminants(稀释污染物),whilerainstormsandfloodsgenerallyresultinmorecontaminantsthatrunofffromlandtoriv

ersandstreams.Improvementsormixedresponsesinwaterqualityarealsoreportedforsomecases,forexamplewhenincreasedtransportofpo
